Eligibility

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Items that show clear signs of wear and tear.
  • Customized or made-to-order items, which are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
